The "Vieux Carré" and "la Passerelle"

Subject to the conditions which follow the rules governing the functioning of our training restaurant and hotel, we will be delighted to welcome you, so that our students can carry out ‘real life’ practical exercises.

The ‘Vieux Carré’ is the School’s training restaurant. It is open only during the academic year. You can savour two table d’hôte menus *, one of which is a quick meal, or choose from our menu of the day.
Lunch is served from Monday to Friday. Clients may arrive between 12.15 and 13.30; service ends at 15.00. Dinner is served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Clients may arrive between 19.15 and 21.00. Service ends at 22.45 (click on the cake).

The ‘Passerelle’ is our bar which is open from 11.30 to 15.00 from Monday to Friday and from 18.30 to 22.45 on Friday evenings.
